Jo works with individuals and couples presenting with a wide range of issues and regularly works with trauma, abuse and relationship difficulties.  In recent years she recognised a need to specialise in psychosexual therapy and took an opportunity to train and subsequently work within this field.  She has worked for Relate and as a couple counsellor and psychosexual therapist and now specialises in sex and porn addiction. Jo works with the addicted client and also provides support for partners. Jo is also trained in working with couples affected by sex and porn addiction.  The therapeutic relationship is at the core of how Jo works and she will tailor the service based on the needs of each individual in a professional, flexible and collaborative way.
