This powerful, therapist-led online course is designed to help you stop unwanted sexual behaviours and build lasting recovery. It combines the proven methods of our 6-day residential programme with the flexibility of online group work.
Delivered via Zoom, this course offers 22 hours of therapeutic support, practical tools, and real connection – all from the comfort of your home.
We limit group size to just 6 men to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
NB: This programme is not suitable for people with offending behaviours.
What you’ll gain:

How it works:
- 7 weekly sessions (2 hours each)
- 1 full-day session (Saturday or Sunday)
- Available as a weekly or intensive (twice-weekly) format
- Includes homework between sessions to apply what you learn
- Final session is a follow-up evaluation held 4 weeks after the last group

The full course fee is £950.
