This confidential Zoom call gives you the opportunity to talk to us about your situation and how you could move forward and start getting the support you need, such as 1:1 therapy, a course or a support group.
This appointment takes 45 minutes and costs just £65.
Ongoing fees, your availability and whether you would like face-to-face or zoom support, will be discussed during your session.
