For all persons booking an Introductory Appointment.
- This is a confidential Zoom call which gives you the opportunity to talk to us about your situation and how you could move forward and start getting the support you need.
- This appointment is intended to be an individual appointment so that you can talk confidentially about your situation.
- If you would like anyone else (e.g. a partner) to attend during the session, then please make this clear in the brief outline section before booking.
- The Introductory Appointment is only available via Zoom and no other situations such as a face-to-face meeting are available.
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- This is a one-off session and not a therapy session.
- All appointments are advertised as fixed timeslots and cannot be changed.
- All times are UK based either Greenwich Mean Time or British Summer Time.
- This service is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18.
- Ongoing therapy may be agreed upon as an outcome and this may be offered via Zoom or via face-to-face appointment, where available.
- Should you choose to engage with our services the therapist conducting the Introductory Appointment is unlikely to be able to continue working with you, unless their schedule allows.
