Terms & Conditions
For attendees at Laurel Centre workshops and groupwork courses
Confidentiality and safety are essential for our programmes to work, hence if you are joining one of our workshops or groups, we request that you:
- Agree not to disclose any information about any other person within the group to anyone outside of the group
- Agree to do your best to attend all of the programme
- Agree to notify the facilitator as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a session
- Agree not to attend a group under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol
- Agree to be respectful of others in the group
- Agree to give the programme and others in the group your full attention
When working in an online workshop or group via Zoom, you additionally commit to:
- Ensuring your space is private and not overlooked or overheard
- Clearing your online space from any immediate distractions
- Endeavouring to ensure you are not interrupted
- Testing your equipment before use to ensure your sound and video work
- Keeping your camera switched on
- Refraining from drinking alcohol
- Refraining from eating a meal
