Specialist support for partners navigating the fallout of sex or porn addiction
Discovering that your partner has sex or porn addiction can feel like your world has been turned upside down. For some, the news comes out of nowhere; for others, it confirms long-held suspicions. However it happens, the impact can be devastating – shock, confusion, sadness, anger, and an overwhelming sense of loss are all common and entirely valid reactions.
Many partners describe feeling like they’re in freefall, unsure where to turn or how to make sense of what’s happened. That’s why it’s so important to find the right support – someone who understands the complex emotional trauma that often follows discovery or disclosure.
We specialise in working with partners affected by sex and porn addiction, using a ‘relational trauma’ model. This means we focus on your experience and needs, not just the addiction. We understand that you may be struggling to get through the day, and that simply feeling safe again can feel like a distant goal. We’re here to help you move toward that goal at your own pace.
How we can help
Our services are designed to provide both immediate support and long-term guidance, helping you make sense of what’s happened and explore your options for the future – whether that involves rebuilding your relationship or moving on alone. You do not have to go through this alone.
We’ll help you:
- Regain a sense of stability and emotional safety
- Understand the nature of sex and porn addiction
- Separate your partner’s behaviours from your own sense of worth
- Explore your options without pressure or judgement, whether you’re considering staying or leaving
- If you choose to stay – support you in rebuilding trust, setting boundaries, and navigating relationship recovery
- If you choose to separate – help you process the loss, rebuild your sense of self, and move forward with confidence
- Connect with others who understand what you’re going through
All of our associates are trained in partner support and understand the complex impact of sex and porn addiction. Whether you want to talk one-on-one, connect in a group setting, or take part in a structured programme, we offer a range of options to suit your needs.
