Senior Clinical Associate & Team Lead
COSRT Acc, ATSAC

Siobhan is an Integrative Counsellor and Psychosexual Therapist whose experience spans more than 25 years, working with individuals and couples across a range of relationship and sexual difficulties. Her early work with Rape Crisis, followed by training with Relate and subsequent work with couples, families, and young people, developed her interest in the complexities of relationships, intimacy, and sexual wellbeing. This led Siobhan to further specialise in psychosexual therapy and, more specifically, sex and porn addiction.

Siobhan works with people affected by sex and porn addiction, supporting those experiencing addiction to understand the patterns underlying their behaviours, make meaningful changes, and work towards recovery. She also works with partners who are coming to terms with the impact of a loved one’s addiction, as well as couples wanting support together. Siobhan understands how difficult and overwhelming these experiences can be and how deeply trust, intimacy, and connection can be affected. She supports clients in making sense of what has happened, understanding themselves and their relationships more fully, and finding a way forward that feels right for them.

Siobhan offers a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel able to talk openly about issues that may be difficult to share. She recognises that everyone’s experience is different and believes in working at a pace that feels right for each client. Siobhan believes that a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change, and she tailors her approach to each individual or couple in a professional, flexible, and collaborative way.
