The Laurel Centre offers specialist face-to-face therapy in London for individuals and couples affected by Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder (CSBD), commonly known as sex addiction, and problematic pornography use.
We currently offer appointments in Surbiton, with a new location near Canary Wharf providing greater choice for clients who live or work in and around central and east London.
All of our London appointments are provided in discreet, professional therapy settings by experienced Laurel Centre therapists who specialise in this field.

In response to increasing demand for face-to-face appointments, we are expanding our London provision.

Face-to-face appointments are now available near Canary Wharf, providing a convenient location for clients living or working in central and east London. Appointments take place within an established professional therapy practice, offering a comfortable and particularly discreet setting.
Surbiton
We also offer face-to-face appointments in Surbiton, providing a convenient option for clients in south-west London and surrounding areas.
As our London service develops, we will be adding further locations across the capital.

Seeking help for sexual behaviours can feel very different from seeking support for many other difficulties. You may be concerned about confidentiality, worried about being judged, or simply unsure whether a therapist will understand what you are experiencing.

Fees vary according to therapist and location. Appointments near Canary Wharf are offered at a higher rate to reflect the additional cost of providing face-to-face appointments at this location.
Canary Wharf – from £195 individual, £225 couple
Surbiton – from £150 individual, £175 couple
Online appointments remain available for clients who prefer the flexibility and convenience of working remotely.
