I am(thankfully) over a year clean. My recovery has not been easy and it's ongoing, but broadly, I am very proud of it. One of the worst things going forward is that I periodically have wet dreams. I HATE them. Partly because the embarrassment of it happening, but also the content of the dreams is often pretty shame inducing. I would dearly love any advice anyone might have on how to make this stop.
