Getting into recovery means getting in touch with emotions again and learning how to express them in a healthy way.

Whether it's anger, sadness, fear, frustration or joy, we'll help you feel more confident in sharing your feelings with others. This day will also help you to identify other people's emotions and express empathy in an appropriate way, thereby strengthening relationships.
